When you subscribe to SIES updates, we collect your name, position, organisation and email address. We may also collect information you provide when registering for or enquiring about SIES events.

We use your information to send you email communications about the Sydney International Endoscopy Symposium — including programme announcements, registration updates, early bird notifications and general conference news. We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.

 

Our communications are intended for health professionals and industry sponsors only. Eblast communications may include clinical images and endoscopic content that is not suitable for a general audience.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your information is held securely in Australia and is accessible only to authorised personnel of Sydney Endoscopy Foundation Ltd for the purpose of event communications.

5. Sharing Your Information

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information held by us. To request deletion, please contact us at sies@mconferra.com with your full name and email address. We will action your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed from our records.
